Can I join if I'm a complete beginner, have no exercise experience, or am not flexible?
Many of our students are beginners or are not very flexible. Because our classes are small, we tailor each lesson to each person's flexibility and strength, so you can join with confidence.
I'm a beginner — which class should I take?
There is no significant difference in difficulty between our classes, so feel free to join whichever fits your schedule. Each instructor has their own style, so we recommend trying different classes to find the one that suits you best.
Do you offer trial lessons?
Since all our lessons are drop-in with no enrollment fee or monthly membership, we don't have a separate trial lesson. Please feel free to join any class at any time.
Can you explain the differences between the classes?
You can find details about each class on our Classes page. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Can seniors participate?
Yes — because our classes are small, we adapt to each individual. If you're unsure, we recommend starting with a gentler class such as Senior Yoga or Posture Improvement Yoga.
Can men join?
Men are very welcome! Many men already attend our classes regularly, so please join without hesitation.
Can I participate if I'm pregnant or postpartum?
We are not currently running a program specifically for pregnant or postpartum participants. Please contact us via the inquiry form to discuss personal lesson options.
How do I cancel a reservation?
Click your name in the top right of the booking screen, open 'My Page,' and click Cancel in the 'Upcoming' tab of your booking history. You can also cancel via the link in your booking confirmation email.
