It was my own experiences with poor posture, swelling, chronic shoulder stiffness, and a sudden back injury that inspired me to start yoga — and to truly face my own body. Amid the busyness and stress of daily life, yoga became a gentle presence that, through deep breathing, quietly restored balance to both my mind and body.
I am committed to creating a safe and comfortable class where everyone feels welcome — including those who are completely new to yoga or who feel that their body is not very flexible. I hope to offer a space where you can slow down, find a little more ease, and approach your days with a more positive outlook.

Completed 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Alliance USA (Graduate of LiLA YOGA INSTITUTE)
