I have been practicing yoga alongside my professional career for over 20 years. Along the way, I have explored a wide range of styles, including Ashtanga, Aerial, Hatha, Flow, and Deep Restorative yoga.
As a child, I studied classical ballet — but what I have come to treasure about yoga as an adult is that it is entirely for myself. There is no performance, no audience; just the freedom to care for my body at my own pace and in my own way.
Through consistent practice, I have noticed my core strength building quietly over time, and improved lymphatic and blood circulation has kept my body free from stiffness and tension — no regular massage appointments needed. The benefits truly never stop. Even once a week is enough to bring about real, lasting change in your body.
