For seven years, I worked as an exercise instructor at a day care facility, supporting the health and wellbeing of many individuals. I always prioritized sustainable, comfortable movement — carefully attuning to each person's condition and pace.
Through my personal passion for breakdancing, I have also experienced firsthand the importance of listening to your own body and keeping it in balance.
It was in the midst of a busy life that I discovered yoga, and experienced the feeling of mind and body coming into harmony with each breath. Drawing on that experience, my lessons focus on practical body awareness for everyday life — helping you address concerns such as shoulder stiffness and posture, and empowering you to find balance on your own.

Completed 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Alliance USA (Graduate of LiLA YOGA INSTITUTE)
