I started yoga casually after being invited by a friend. As I deepened my practice, I gradually noticed a reduction in minor ailments like colds and shoulder stiffness. Through yoga philosophy and the wonderful people I met along the way, I also found myself becoming more positive and free in spirit, with more days feeling truly at ease.

To help you experience the benefits of yoga safely and to the fullest, I will support you in practicing correct posture in each pose with mindful breathing, as well as building the strength needed to prevent injuries and age-related physical decline.

This class is designed to be welcoming even for those with little exercise experience or those who feel less confident in their physical fitness.

Let's enjoy the gentle transformation that yoga brings — a natural alignment of mind and body, and a sense of calm that carries with you long after class ends.

Qualifications

Completed 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Alliance USA (Graduate of LiLA YOGA INSTITUTE)
